Overview
BreathWell is a fully offline application. It requires no internet connection and makes no network requests. We do not operate servers that receive data from your device.
Information We Collect
We collect no information from you. BreathWell stores session history, mood check-ins, and your preferences locally on your device using Apple's standard storage mechanisms (UserDefaults). This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us.
No Third-Party Services
BreathWell does not integrate any analytics, advertising, tracking, or third-party SDKs. There are no third-party services of any kind embedded in the application.
No Account Required
BreathWell requires no account, email address, or any form of registration. You can use the app without identifying yourself in any way.
Data Stored on Your Device
The following information is stored locally on your device only:
Session history (practice type, duration, date) • Mood check-in scores • App preferences (ambient sound, haptics) • Streak data
All of this is stored solely to provide the app's core features. You can delete it at any time from within the app (Settings → reset options) or by deleting the app entirely.
Children
BreathWell is rated 4+ and is suitable for all ages. Because we collect no personal information whatsoever, no special provisions regarding children are needed.
Changes to This Policy
If this privacy policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Given our no-collection approach, any changes are unlikely.
